Domination Dynasty is a turn-based strategy game in which you lead a civilization and have to face the rest of the world's empires, controlled by other players. The objective of the game, as is common in 4X, is to explore the world, expand your civilization as much as you can, exploit the available resources, and defeat your rivals.

Choose a starting civilization

The first thing to do in Domination Dynasty is choose one of the different civilizations available. When you are starting out, you will only have three to choose from: Vikings, Romans and Arabs. As you play and gain experience, you can also unlock other civilizations, which will allow you to start new games on other servers. Each empire, of course, has its own unique look and feel as well as exclusive units and buildings.

Compete online against other civilizations

Domination Dynasty's mechanics are somewhat unique. You can play for as long as you want and, since there is only one turn every hour, you can take your time in planning your actions. As a result, all players will have ample time to decide what to do. After an hour has elapsed, all players' actions will be live at the same time and you can move on to the next turn. There are no turns played during the night. As a result, you won't have to worry about other players attacking you as you sleep.

Upgrade your technology

One of the most traditional features of the 4X game is the technology tree. In Domination Dynasty you can invest all the science points you pick up in improving the game's different technologies. The capital is the most important city in your empire. You will need to build lots of buildings here if you want it to prosper. Mills allow you to make food, while sawmills will give you wood and quarries will provide you with stone. You can also recruit new settlers if you want to found new cities. Managing your capital is one of the key aspects of the game.
